Your tasks * You assume the educational responsibility for approximately 30 children belonging to the asylum sector * You collaborate with the manager of the home for the general cohesion of the home * You propose, develop and ensure the implementation of new socio-educational projects * You participate in the health network set up for the care of beneficiaries * You supervise the educational team of the home * You plan and organize the educational meetings of the home * You perform on-call shifts in the evening and on weekends Your profile * Bachelor in social education or training deemed equivalent * Excellent knowledge of the asylum sector, more particularly in the supervision of children hosted in collective homes * Very good communication and negotiation skills, as well as a pronounced ability to work independently and in a team * Ability to manage staff * Sense of responsibility, organization and a good capacity for analysis in complex situations * Excellent writing skills * Good knowledge of the social and educational fabric of Lower Valais * French native language; knowledge of other languages would be an asset Start of duties - Special conditions * Start of duties: immediately or to be agreed * Fixed-term engagement: the duration is linked to the variations in the number of people that the canton is obliged to welcome under the federal law on asylum Information * Information about the position: Service de l'action sociale, M.
