For our client, an internationally active company in the high-tech and precision industry, we are looking for an experienced and committed leader as a Warehouse Manager (m/f/d).
In this responsible function, you will take over the management of the warehouse as well as ensuring a smooth material supply for production. You optimize processes, lead your team and actively contribute to the efficiency of the entire supply chain.

Your tasks

• Technical and personnel leadership of the warehouse team
• Responsibility for goods receipt, warehouse management and goods issue
• Ensuring timely material supply for production
• Monitoring and optimization of inventory levels
• Coordination of internal material flows
• Collaboration with production, purchasing, planning and quality
• Analysis and optimization of warehouse and logistics processes
• Monitoring of relevant key figures and implementation of improvement measures
• Ensuring compliance with quality, safety and process specifications
• Participation in inventories as well as continuous optimization of the warehouse organization

Your profile

• Completed training in the field of logistics, supply chain or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in a leading function within warehouse logistics
• Experience in a manufacturing industrial company is an advantage
• Confident handling of ERP systems as well as MS Office applications
• Structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working
• Strong leadership and organizational competence
• High quality awareness as well as entrepreneurial thinking
• Very good German skills, further language skills are an advantage
