Thayngen is a versatile municipality of approximately 5,500 inhabitants in the heart of the Reiat.
The Im Reiat senior center was inaugurated in December 2018 and has a total of 83 care places. The modern and comfortable building is located in the center of Thayngen, the main locality of the Reiat district. Our residents benefit from a varied daily organization with attractive offers and events.

We are looking for, immediately or by agreement, a
TEAM LEADER (80-100%)

Your areas of responsibility:

• Targeted management of the care team according to professional and economic principles
• Guarantee of professional and resident-centered care
• Professional responsibility for the service
• Responsible for assignment planning
• Responsibility for correct classifications with the BESA/RAI billing system

Your profile:

• Completed training as a registered nurse HF or FH with several years of professional experience
• Several years of management experience and additional training in management (or willingness to undertake one)
• Very good IT and MS Office skills as well as BESA, Polypoint and Easydok programs
• Good organizational skills as well as sense of teamwork
• Friendly and customer-oriented attitude
