Project Manager Based in Vouvry (Chablais Valaisan) A pharmaceutical laboratory active in the fields of pharmacy and biotechnology is recruiting for the Engineering Department, Project Manager at 100%, for an indefinite period. Your mission: Reporting to the Head of the Technical Office, you play a central role in the management and realization of projects for our pharmaceutical production site. A true driver of the project, you take charge of complex multidisciplinary projects from end to end, from the identification of the need to their operational implementation. You mobilize and coordinate the necessary resources to guarantee the achievement of the set objectives in terms of safety, quality, costs, and deadlines, in an environment subject to high regulatory requirements. Thanks to your technical expertise, you support the Technical Office, Maintenance, and Production teams in resolving complex issues and actively participate in the continuous improvement of our installations and processes. As part of your responsibilities, you also ensure the drafting, monitoring, and updating of all technical and quality documentation related to your projects, in compliance with GMP and ISO 13485 requirements\. Your profile: Education and experience EPFL, HES engineering degree or training deemed equivalent, ideally in chemical engineering or process engineering. Proven experience in a pharmaceutical, biotechnological, or fine chemical environment. Solid experience in managing multidisciplinary technical projects. Excellent analytical skills and ability to resolve complex technical problems. Good knowledge of GMP/BPF frameworks and the ISO 13485 standard\. Technical skills Proven experience in automation and industrial IT. Knowledge of SCADA environments, ideally AVEVA. Mastery or good knowledge of the following tools and languages: SQL Visual Basic Reporting Services Personal skills Autonomy, sense of responsibility, and initiative. Analytical mind and solution orientation. Interpersonal skills and excellent ability to collaborate with various stakeholders. Leadership and ability to unite multidisciplinary teams. Rigor, organizational skills, and excellent writing skills. Languages Fluent French. Good knowledge of professional English.
