Senior Real Estate Manager: Commercial Properties Your tasks * You manage a diverse portfolio in the retail, office, and residential sectors * You work proactively in close cooperation with the owner Swiss Life * You conduct contract negotiations with tenants and ensure real estate maintenance. * You carry out periodic real estate inspections and assess their condition * You monitor current rent policy and advise the owner on determining rent structures. * You accept and hand over rental properties * You are involved in projects Your profile * You have a completed KV apprenticeship or a technical basic training (structural draftsman/draughtswoman) with further training as a technical merchant/merchant * You possess a federal diploma (eidg.
