Your tasks

• Quality, environmental protection and occupational safety officer for the management
• Responsible for quality management, occupational safety, health protection and environmental protection at the Hasle site and supporting the plant in Goshen, NY (USA) upon request
• Supports the organization in ensuring legal compliance
• Responsible for internal as well as customer and certification audits
• Responsible for the improvement team
• Reduction of operational accidents to a minimum (target: 0 accidents)
• Responsible for the definition of a company-wide coordinated QHSE KPI system as well as its continuous further development
• Ensuring a global, consistent and transparent view of the relevant QHSE KPIs of the company sites

Your profile

• University or university of applied sciences degree in business administration or engineering training
• Training in quality management, process management, occupational safety and environmental management
• Experience in the field of environmental management and sustainability
• Experience in the assessment and monitoring of environmental KPIs
• Knowledge in Carbon Footprint Management (CCF)
• Experience in leading and implementing projects to reduce emissions and to improve environmental performance
• German and English fluent in speaking and writing. Further languages an advantage
• Experience in change management or affinity for this topic
• Workshop moderation skills / facilitator
• Good knowledge of Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt certification if possible) and 5S
• Strong communication personality, high customer orientation
• Very good IT user skills, especially in Microsoft 365, as well as experience with ERP, quality management, document management and reporting/BI systems
• High affinity for digitalization, data quality, process automation and the further development of IT-supported QHSE processes
