Nurse at 100% Vaudaire The Fondation de Nant organizes all public psychiatric care in the East Vaud region. It assumes a public health mission at the request of the State of Vaud. Its care services are open to all, children, adolescents, adults and elderly people living in the districts of Aigle, Lavaux-Oron and Riviera-Pays-d'Enhaut. They are offered by Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Nurses, Ergotherapists, Social Workers, Educators and other mental health professionals. The Fondation de Nant is a member of the Fédération des Hôpitaux Vaudois (FHV), the leading body of Vaud regional hospitals recognized as being in the public interest. It is also part of the Réseau Santé Haut-Léman, which brings together health partners from Riviera and Pays-d'Enhaut with those from Chablais Vaud and Valais. Attached to psychoanalysis through its history, the Fondation de Nant currently recognizes itself in its contemporary developments. The resulting clinical vision is expressed through its practices, training and openness to other approaches. The Fondation de Nant is putting up for competition a position in the adult psychiatry hospital unit (UH Vaudaire), as a Nurse at 100% THE MISSION The nurses of the adult psychiatry hospital unit have the mission of ensuring the required care services for each patient and this in close collaboration within an interdisciplinary team. WE OFFER The Fondation de Nant is a private institution recognized as being in the public interest, responsible for organizing and providing psychiatric care in the East Vaud region. The adult psychiatry and psychotherapy service (SPPA) is one of the three services of the Fondation de Nant. The adult psychiatry hospital unit has four divisions, including Vaudaire, which can accommodate up to 14 patients aged 18 to 65, suffering from severe psychiatric disorders. Being a nurse within this division means evolving in a dynamic work environment at the heart of an interdisciplinary team. WE ARE LOOKING FOR A nurse with experience in psychiatry, holder of a Bachelor of Science HES-SO in nursing care with Red Cross recognition (or equivalent title). Additionally, having the ability to serve the patient, colleagues and institution is important for working as a nurse within Vaudaire. Finally, we want to hire a person motivated by the mission of the Fondation and who enjoys working in an interdisciplinary team.
