Polisher - on CNC machine 3 and 5 axes

Your mission Carry out preparation and finishing operations for components on CNC and conventional equipment. Perform the different polishing stages and ensure the quality of finishes. Check the dimensional and aesthetic conformity of parts. Define and optimize polishing methods as well as associated tools. Participate in the continuous improvement of processes and ensure production monitoring. Your profile Polisher training, watch casing finisher or equivalent training deemed. Confirmed experience in finishing watch components. Excellent dexterity, autonomy, and sense of quality. Team spirit, versatility, and sense of organization. Daytime schedule.
