• Administration - Procurement • Bern • Contracting • Part-time, 80-100% • Immediately - 28.02.2026 (with option for internalization) • Operative purchasing, Procurement Your tasks: • Supporting strategic buyers in technical procurement projects • Independent preparation, execution, and evaluation of tenders • Creation, review, and processing of contract documents as well as support in contract management • Processing and follow-up of claims, deviations, and complaints with suppliers • Description and documentation of procurement requirements in cooperation with the specialist departments • Coordination and exchange of information between internal stakeholders, suppliers, and purchasing • Analysis of procurement data and creation of evaluations for decision support • Maintenance and ensuring of data quality in the relevant procurement systems • Cooperation in technical procurements in the plant and infrastructure environment, for example for cables, transformers, and other components of the energy supply   Your profile: • At least 3 years of professional experience in operative purchasing • Completed commercial or technical training, ideally with further training in purchasing or procurement • Experience in the preparation and execution of tenders • Technical understanding and interest in technical procurements • Ability to work at eye level with engineers and technical specialists • Good knowledge of contract management as well as an understanding of procurement-relevant processes • Experience in dealing with suppliers and internal stakeholders • Knowledge of public procurement law is an advantage • Confident handling of MS Excel as well as digital work and AI tools • Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented way of working • Very good German skills in spoken and written form
