An external project manager is sought to structurally set up the initial transformation phase, lead it operationally, and develop the necessary decision-making bases for the future design of the ISDS. The project manager is responsible for the analysis of the existing system, the development of a future target image, as well as the preparation and management of the transformation. This includes, in particular, the development of decision-making bases for governance, roles, processes, operating model, and tool landscape. The project manager takes over the leadership of the transformation project, coordinates internal and external stakeholders, and ensures an orderly handover to an internal project management.

Your tasks:

• Central coordination and management of the initiative
• Involvement and coordination of relevant stakeholders
• Identification, transparency, and processing of conflicts of interest
• Preparation of necessary decisions
• Development of decision-making bases for executive management
• Coordination and consideration of dependencies between:
• Governance
• Organization
• Processes
• Tools
• Ensuring ongoing ISDS operations during the transformation
• Analysis and evaluation of existing organizational and governance structures
• Development of proposals for the future design of:
• Roles and responsibilities
• Committees
• Processes
• Operating models
• Management of complex transformation projects
• Focus on project management and transformation - no technical CISO, compliance, or implementation role

Your profile:

• 8-10+ years of experience as a project or program manager
• Several years of experience in complex transformation projects
• Experience with reorganizations and governance transformations
• Experience in the development and transformation of management systems
• Sound knowledge of ISO 27001 and ISMS
• Experience in regulated industries
• Very good communication and moderation skills
• High stakeholder sensitivity and strong interface management
• Very good German
• Ability to combine different requirements within time and budget constraints
