Director of Operations

As part of its development, a company specialized in the medical devices sector is looking for its future director of operations to directly support the CEO in the steering and structuring of operations.

Main missions

A true operational right hand to the CEO, the COO will notably have the following responsibilities:

• Supervise and optimize production, logistics, and purchasing activities;
• Structure and improve the company's management and operating processes;
• Lead the evolution of information systems: ERP, CRM, IT infrastructure, and digital tools;
• Support the integration of automation and artificial intelligence solutions;
• Supervise web tools and platforms as well as interfaces with marketplaces;
• Implement the performance indicators necessary for steering operations;
• Support the CEO in the growth, structuring, and transformation of the company.

Profile sought

We are looking for a profile with significant experience in an operations management role (COO, VP Operations, Director of Operations, Head of Operations…) or having already held a position with a comparable scope.

Experience in the medical devices / MedTech sector or in a regulated industrial environment constitutes a real advantage.

The sought profile combines leadership, operational vision, and execution capability, with a good understanding of the challenges related to production, supply chain, and digital transformation.
