Clerk Examination Organization What you do here * Plan and administer instrumental and vocal examinations of Musik Klassik * Coordinate dates, rooms and infrastructure in close cooperation with the course leaders, lecturers, piano accompanists and students * Communicate examination dates and results to all participants * Ensure data maintenance for the updating of forms, fact sheets and information * Use digital tools for examination planning (create workflows for invitations to examinations, compulsory pieces, announcement of grades, etc.) What you ideally bring * Completed training as Kaufmann / Kauffrau (EFZ) with higher vocational education or further training in SharePoint * Very good knowledge of MS Office 365 as well as digital tools such as MS Teams, MS Forms, SharePoint, Power Automate etc. * Structured, precise and reliable way of working with organizational flair, experience in the education sector and affinity for music an advantage * Open, communicative, team-oriented personality * Proficient German and good knowledge of English and French Interview dates first round on 10. & 17.
