Your tasks

• Examination and assessment of building applications outside the building zones
• Support in the implementation of RPG 2 (Revision of the Spatial Planning Act)
• Advising municipal authorities and private individuals
• Development of concepts and fundamentals

Your competencies

• University degree in the field of spatial planning, legal science, architecture, civil engineering or related discipline (career changers not excluded)
• Ideally experience in the field of building outside building zones
• Target-group-oriented communication
• Enjoyment of direct contact with building applicants, specialists and authorities
