For a migration project, we are looking for motivated and service-oriented PC supporters (m/f) to support the team during the transition to Microsoft 365.

What awaits you:

• Support during the Microsoft 365 migration
• Setup and configuration of workstations
• Support for Microsoft 365 and Office applications
• Technical support for users during the rollout
• Service-oriented on-site support and ensuring smooth processes

What you should bring with you:

• Completed or ongoing studies (FH, HF, Uni) or completed vocational training (EFZ) in the field of IT or comparable
• Initial experience in PC support or in a comparable activity
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 and common Office applications
• Friendly, professional and well-groomed appearance
• Business fluent German skills in speaking and writing
