This international company specializes in fiduciary services, management of wealth structures, and services to private clients. As part of the development of its activities, the company is currently looking for a Junior Accountant.
Your tasks at your new employer
Ensuring the complete accounting of trusts and foundations, from data entry to the preparation of accounts
Recording and controlling various accounting and financial operations
Analyzing and documenting complex transactions, including non-monetary operations, particularly loans, advances, and intercompany loans as well as the calculations related to them
Reading and analyzing resolutions, contracts, and documents in order to understand their accounting implications
Performing the necessary controls to guarantee the accuracy and consistency of the data
Preparing accounts for review by the administrators
Working in close collaboration with team members, senior employees, and administrators
Using English daily in the context of processing files and documentation
You offer your new employer
Holder of a CFC in commercial employment, completed by a first professional experience in accounting, ideally 2 years
Good understanding of accounting and the desire to develop your knowledge in the field of trusts and wealth structures
C1 level in English, indispensable to evolve with ease in this environment where English constitutes the primary language of work
Excellent comprehension and adaptation skills: as each file is different, you like to analyze situations and seek to understand their ins and outs
Analytical and investigative spirit, you are rigorous and have a genuine concern for detail
A good mastery of IT tools, knowledge of Planesale is an asset
