Nanosurf is a world-leading company in the growing field of nanotechnology with headquarters in Switzerland. We develop, produce and distribute innovative scanning probe microscopes, in particular also custom systems for fully automated industrial quality control in the nanometer range.

What awaits you:

• You are responsible for personnel administration throughout the entire employee lifecycle, from entry to exit
• You support payroll processing and take over their deputy role
• You accompany recruitments from the job advertisement to the organization of appointments
• You organize employee events and contribute to a positive corporate culture
• You participate in HR projects and contribute ideas for continuous improvement
• You help drive the digitalization of HR processes and bring in new ideas for the use of modern technologies and Artificial Intelligence
• You are a friendly point of contact for employees, applicants and guests at the reception as well as at the telephone switchboard

What you bring with you:

• Commercial basic training, ideally supplemented by further training in human resources
• Professional experience in personnel administration
• Proficient use of MS-Office, Abacus knowledge is an advantage
• High IT affinity as well as interest in digital solutions and the use of Artificial Intelligence in everyday work
• Very good German and good English skills in spoken and written form
• Pronounced quality awareness, discretion and reliability
• Independent, structured and proactive way of working
