• 30 June 2026 • 100% • Temporary • \-, 1211 Grand-Lancy • Sign in to see jobup.ch's salary estimate For our client located in Geneva, we are actively seeking a purchaser (M/F) for a fixed-term position Purchaser (M/F) For our client located in Geneva, we are actively seeking a purchaser (M/F) for a fixed-term position Main missions: • Provide advice and support to internal clients throughout the procurement cycle: analysis of purchase requests, sourcing, contracting and supplier performance management. • Collaborate with technical experts for complex or non-standard cases, ensure technical viability of requests and propose axes for continuous improvement. • Develop appropriate procurement strategies following in-depth analysis; prepare complex tenders via the eSourcing platform. • Write and negotiate contracts in compliance with internal rules and procedures. • Respond to clarification requests during the consultation phase. • Participate in related tasks, including the migration of the document management system. Required skills and qualifications: • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in public procurement • Mastery of office tools (MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint). • Proven experience in purchasing goods and services. • Knowledge of ERP systems • Excellent oral and written communication skills. • Strong problem-solving, negotiation and contract management skills. • Developed analytical mind. • Strong customer service sense and proactive approach to finding solutions. • Flexibility, autonomy and organizational rigor.
