For an established architectural firm with around 75 employees, a BIM lab and digital project chain, we are looking for an architect specializing in artificial intelligence and process development. The office plans and realizes demanding building projects (health, school, residential, industry, administration) and combines project work with the further development of internal working methods. We are not looking for mere prompt usage, but for someone who analyzes architectural processes, sets up AI pilots, and brings proven solutions to the entire office.

Your tasks:

• Analyze existing work processes in the SIA phases and identify meaningful fields for AI application
• Translate own ideas into pilot projects with clear objectives
• Support ongoing AI projects and lead selected initiatives yourself
• Create and test AI-supported workflows, templates, and automations
• Evaluate results according to quality, time savings, reliability, and practical suitability
• Further develop successful pilots into reusable applications for the entire office
• Accompany implementation: documentation, training, direct exchange with the project teams
• Collect feedback and continuously improve applications
• Responsible handling of project data and critical examination of the tools used

Your profile:

• Completed studies in architecture and experience in architectural practice
• Good understanding of the processes and requirements of architectural projects
• Practical experience with AI-supported workflows beyond occasional chatbot use (own workflows, automations, linking of tools)
• Enjoy questioning existing working methods and developing new solutions with AI
• Analytical thinking, recognizing potential for improvement and translating them into concrete applications
• Knowledge of no-code / low-code applications, scripting, or interfaces is an advantage
• Independent, structured way of working and a critical eye on AI results
• Initiative, leading pilot projects, transferring knowledge
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form
