Your main tasks
Taking on comprehensive tasks in the security, traffic, and administrative police sectors, namely maintaining peace, order, and security
Monitoring various laws and reporting detected offenses
Investigating, clarifying, and reporting criminal acts
Monitoring and controlling stationary and flowing road traffic
Carrying out administrative tasks in the police sector
Close cooperation with the Kantonspolizei as well as the Stadtpolizei Dietikon
Your profile
Police Officer with a federal certificate of proficiency (eidgenössischem Fachausweis)
Good general education and IT skills, especially in the area of police investigation and search systems
Enjoyment of dealing with people and of an activity with varying demands
Good communication skills as well as good manners
Very good written as well as oral German skills
High degree of teamwork and willingness to work in shifts (3-shift system, 365 days/year)
