Tasks ## Your field of activity Our HR department ensures that our employees are professionally supported in all personnel-relevant matters, from employment to departure. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a reliable and numbers-oriented personality as an HR Specialist with a focus on payroll accounting, starting immediately or by arrangement. • You are responsible for the entire monthly payroll processing for our employees. • In addition to payroll processing, you perform HR administration, maintain master personnel data, and process mutations in SwissSalary. • Entries and departures, employment contracts, certificates, as well as employment references are also part of your versatile area of responsibility. • As a competent contact person, you advise employees, construction managers, and department heads on questions regarding wage and social insurance law and independently handle social insurance as well as withholding tax settlements. • The creation of HR evaluations, statistics, and year-end closing work in the payroll area complements your field of activity. • In doing so, you ensure the correct application of the Landmantelvertrag (LMV) as well as other industry-specific specifications. • With your experience, you actively contribute to HR projects and continuously develop our HR processes.
