Resource Planner in Customer Escort Steering

What you can achieve. • In this exciting position, you are responsible for the operational day-to-day business of the deployments of the customer escorts in a 24-hour shift operation. • Together with a team, you ensure an orderly and stable operational process with the management of customer escorting. • To ensure a stable process, you coordinate tasks with various partners and third parties. • You work with different IT systems, especially the planning system SOPRE. What you bring with you. • You are motivated to work in a 24-hour shift operation. • You are a team-oriented, proactive and creative personality with a systematic way of working and very good communication skills. • You combine your networked, analytical thinking with your flair for solution-oriented work and various IT systems. • For this position, you have completed vocational training paired with professional experience in the dispatching sector or from the railway sector. • You communicate fluently in German or French (at least level C1) and have good basic knowledge (at least level A2) of the respective other language. In addition, you have basic knowledge of Italian.
