During the entire apprenticeship period, you will work at graubündenSPORT. You will support the organization and implementation of courses and events, participate in meetings, handle correspondence, and have both telephone and personal contact with internal and external interest groups. You will work with modern communication and IT systems.

During the entire apprenticeship period, you will work within the same service, however, you will internally change sections and discover different sectors and projects in the promotion of sport. In this way, you will acquire solid specialist knowledge and learn the processes within the organization in depth.

Since you possess a Swiss Olympic Talent Card, you benefit from training conditions designed specifically for elite athletes. The training company helps you reconcile vocational training and competitive sport.

• Excellent capacity for autonomous organization and reliability
• Good oral and written expression skills (and at least one other cantonal language)
• Organizational skills and insight
• Good communication skills and team orientation
• Sense of responsibility and autonomy

Requirement

• Prerequisite: compulsory school completed with grades from good to very good in main subjects
• Swiss Olympic Talent Card
• Member of a national/regional squad
• You train in sports disciplines for which convincing framework conditions and structures exist from a qualitative point of view (specific discipline-guided training offer for at least 10 hours per week (excluding travel, races, matches, etc.)
