The Deeskalationsmanagement (DM) is part of the cross-sectional area Pflege, Bildung und Sozialdienst PBS (Leitung Montandon). The DM supports the interprofessional treatment teams and the employees in the areas of violence, aggression, and de-escalation management. This includes preventive, acute, as well as retrospective aspects of coping with extraordinary and demanding situations.
