We run campaigns around the Switzerland-EU relations - in the middle of a politically exciting phase: neutrality initiative, federal elections 2027 and Bilaterale III. Your tasks • Getting the messages of Europäische Bewegung to the point and making our digital campaigns more visible with your creativity • Creation of content for our channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok etc.), especially the planning, conception and implementation of image and video posts • Analyzing the performance of the channels and creating social media reportings • Creation and planning of emailings / newsletters • Editorial work as well as translations (German, French and English) • Support in the back office and in the event management area Your profile • Good knowledge of social media and current trends • Very good knowledge of Canva; experience with Hootsuite or a similar tool • Knowledge of Meta Ads, Mailchimp, WordPress, ClipChamp, the Adobe Creative Suite or experience in the area of video shoots are an advantage • Strong interest in Swiss politics and European politics • Creative, structured and independent, very high quality awareness • Sense for target-group-oriented communication and timing, sense for clear messages • Perfect German skills (C2) and good French skills (B2 minimum) What we offer • Flexible working hours; home office possible • 40-hour week and 5 weeks vacation per year (proportional to the workload) • Gross salary at 100 %: CHF 2-400 x 13 months (proportional to the workload) • Place of work is Bern (5 minutes walking distance from the main station) • Bilingual working environment (German and French) Your application Applications are processed on an ongoing basis.
