Head of Innovation Army Staff Bern (and home office) | 80-100% This is your contribution Take on innovation responsibility in the Army Staff and effectively anchor, implement and further develop the existing innovation system of the Defense Group within the Army Staff Identify, prioritize, accompany innovation projects together with the line, and drive their implementation pragmatically, effectively and in a user-oriented manner Motivate and empower employees and entire specialist departments to contribute new ideas, take responsibility and actively shape innovation in everyday life Build, coordinate and strengthen a network of innovation role holders as a community Track, document and prepare innovation projects, budgets, pending items and progress in a structured and audience-appropriate manner, and ensure an overview of ongoing projects Convince, network and win over different stakeholders at all levels for changes – even in a demanding and highly regulated environment What makes you unique Higher education (FH, Uni or comparable) or HF with corresponding practical experience related to innovation, transformation, organizational development, business administration or a related field Joy in actively initiating changes, trying new things and bringing things into implementation pragmatically Personality with initiative, self-responsibility, courage to make decisions and the ability to persist and achieve impact even against resistance Practical experience or great interest in modern innovation and working methods such as Design Thinking, Lean Startup or agile approaches Structured and organized way of working with joy in maintaining projects, lists, reportings, protocols and overviews cleanly and driving complex projects forward in a coordinated manner; experience in administration is an advantage Active knowledge in at least one second official language (B2) as well as English at least B2 In a nutshell As Head of Innovation Army Staff, you are a doer with a will to shape.
