Social Consultant

Die Krebsliga Bern is the first point of contact for questions related to cancer in the canton. We advise those affected and their relatives in all phases of cancer disease. We organize workshops, seminars and lectures and are engaged in cancer prevention.

For our consultations at the head office in Bern, we are looking for, starting from January 2027 or by arrangement

a Social Consultant (80 %)

Your tasks

• psychosocial and psycho-oncological counseling and support for those affected by cancer and their relatives
• counseling in social insurance matters
• networking with healthcare professionals, hospitals and specialist centers in the canton
• organization of workshops and information events
• participation in public relations work
• project work

Our expectations

• Dipl. Social Worker
• professional experience in healthcare or labor integration
• Very good German skills, French skills and other languages are an advantage
