Your areas of responsibility
Execution of professional real estate valuations and well-founded value analyses with a focus on owner-occupied residential property
Acquisition of new sales mandates
Marketing of services as well as cross-selling
Consultations regarding the topic of landed property
Your profile
Several years of professional experience in the real estate industry, preferably in real estate consulting, valuation, or marketing (no career changers)
Well-founded specialist education or further training, for example:
Federal diploma in the real estate industry
CAS Immobilienbewertung
Business administration training with specialization in real estate
Training in the field of Finance with reference to the real estate industry
comparable qualification
Experience in handling hedonistic valuation tools such as Wüest Partner or IAZI
Pronounced consulting, acquisition, and closing strength
Communicative, strong organizational, and entrepreneurial personality
Reliable, independent, and service-oriented way of working
Languages: German (Swiss German and English an advantage)
Willingness for regular travel within the region
Driver's license Cat. B, own car necessary
