In order to strengthen our "Ebauche" sector, we are looking for a: Operator-Setter (M/F) Mission: Prepare and set up the machines to launch production, perform the zeroing and machining of the first part, ensure tool changes and quality control during the series, and guarantee the smooth running of production, in collaboration with the mechanic-setter for complex adjustments. Responsibilities: Perform zeroing of tools and standard adjustments; Change tools according to instructions and ensure their correct mounting; Perform machining and inspection of the first part; Run series production and ensure dimensional/visual controls during the process; Apply SPC monitoring and record controls during the series; Perform minor corrections (standard cycles, small deviations); Complete production documentation (OF, control sheets); Report any technical or quality anomaly to the mechanic-setter; Respect quality, safety, and cleanliness rules. Profile: CFC as a Production Mechanic; Additional CNC modules, an asset; Practical experience on CNC machines in the industrial sector; Knowledge in setting up and operating CNC machines; Simple blueprint reading and use of usual control methods; Understanding of manufacturing processes; Precision, rigor, and reliability; Sense of collaboration and team spirit; Reactivity and ability to adapt; Autonomy in assigned tasks.
