In the building permit procedure, you will have an active exchange with those involved in the proceedings and weigh the most diverse interests against each other. In addition, you will support the municipalities in the multifaceted construction law and simultaneously exercise a supervisory function.

Your tasks

• Checking building applications with procedural execution
• Drafting orders
• Answering preliminary inquiries
• Building police supervision over the municipalities
• Advising and supporting the municipalities

Your profile

• Bachelor or higher technical college HF degree
• Training and further education in the specialist field, e.g., Bernese Municipal Clerk or Bernese Building Administrator
• Professional experience in the building permit system and knowledge of construction law
• Resilience and assertiveness, customer-oriented approach with a confident manner of expression
• Communicative and decisive
