The focus of the role is on the further development and support of a central platform for the automated creation of business documents. You will develop and maintain document templates, integrate them with various data sources and peripheral systems and, together with specialist departments, ensure efficient and reliable document processes. Tasks: Development, adaptation and maintenance of document templates, forms and layouts with output management systems (e.g. CSF Designer, DocBridge, OpenText, Adobe LiveCycle) Implementation of requirements for automated document creation Integration of templates with various data sources and peripheral systems Development and adaptation of Java-based integration solutions, services and interfaces Technical analysis and design of solutions between specialist applications and output management systems Implementation of data preparation, transformation and validation with Java Collaboration in testing, quality assurance and error analysis Creation of technical documentation and support of specialist departments Close cooperation with Business Engineers, Solution Architects, Product Owners and specialist departments Requirements: Several years of experience in Output Management, document automation or document generation with tools such as CSF Designer, DocBridge, OpenText Exstream/StreamServe, Adobe LiveCycle or comparable solutions Experience in the creation and adaptation of document templates, forms and layouts Good knowledge of Java 5+ for backend services, integration logic and process automation Experience with interfaces and data formats (XML/XSD, JSON, REST, SOAP) as well as the Java ecosystem (Maven, Git, ideally / Boot) Experience with testing, quality assurance and technical documentation Analytical, structured way of working as well as good communication skills and experience in working with specialist departments Nice-to-have: Knowledge of automated Java tests (JUnit, Mockito) Experience with / Boot Creation of technical documentation and training materials Languages: German: C1 English: B2 Reference nr: 925100MH: Job: Output Management Engineer (m/f/d) Region: Zürich and region Workload: 100 % (Hybrid only within Switzerland) Start: End Date: If this position has piqued your interest, please send us your complete dossier via the link in this advertisement.
