Relief Worker approx. 20% - 40% (Hourly wage employment)

Schlupfhuus offers low-threshold outpatient and inpatient crisis intervention 365 days a year, around the clock, for young people aged approx. 14 - 18 years (10 places) at location S and aged approx. 10 - 14 years (7 places) at location F.

We accompany young people who temporarily need a safe place - for example in the case of family conflicts or after experiences of physical, psychological, or sexual violence. Our focus is on psychosocial stabilization, clarifying the situation, and developing sustainable perspectives. The principles of low-threshold access, voluntariness, and partiality shape our daily actions.

Relief Worker approx. 20% - 40% (Hourly wage employment) ##

Your main tasks include:

• Accompanying and caring for the adolescents in inpatient everyday life according to trauma-pedagogical principles
• Supporting psychosocial stabilization and accompaniment in acute crises
• Active shaping of safe group processes and professional management of demanding dynamics
• Careful and traceable process and case documentation.
• Conducting outpatient counseling sessions for triage and clarification of inpatient admissions
• Ensuring the admission of children and adolescents around the clock

Your Profile

Professional Qualifications

• If possible, completed or started training in Social Pedagogy HF/FH, Social Work, or a related field
• Experience in working with young people, ideally in an inpatient setting
• Knowledge of trauma pedagogy or willingness to study this approach in more depth
