You ensure that goods and services are available according to needs and deadlines, and accompany the entire procurement process - from ordering to invoice verification. You work closely with internal departments as well as with national and international suppliers, and are actively involved in the development of our purchasing processes. Your area of responsibility ## • Ensure efficient and reliable operational procurement • Creation and processing of orders (Purchase Orders) in the ERP system • Monitoring of delivery dates and active clarification of discrepancies • Verification and clarification of differences between order, goods receipt and invoice • Obtaining and comparing offers as well as support during tendering • Participation in price and contract negotiations with suppliers • Close collaboration with internal requesters from different company departments • Management and coordination of national and international suppliers • Processing of complaints and delivery problems • Maintenance of purchasing data and supplier data • Active participation in the optimization and development of purchasing processes • Support for strategic procurement of indirect goods Your skills ## • Completed training in mechanics, technology or commerce • Several years of experience in operational purchasing, ideally in an industrial or technical environment • Additional training in purchasing, business administration or supply chain management is an advantage • Autonomous, structured and reliable way of working • Analytical skills and strong solution-oriented approach • Great personal initiative and ability to keep an overview even with several parallel topics • Confident and professional attitude towards suppliers and internal contacts • Excellent communication skills and enjoyment of team work • Very good knowledge of German as well as good knowledge of English spoken and written Our offer ## At Green, you will find a warm and collegial working environment where team spirit is paramount.
