For several of our clients located in the Nord-Vaudoise region, we are currently looking for an industrial foreman – (M/F/D) – 100%

Job Description

• Supervise and coordinate teams of movers and industrial installers
• Organize dismantling, handling, transport, and reassembly operations
• Prepare interventions and anticipate technical constraints
• Coordinate the necessary human and material resources
• Analyze risks and implement appropriate safety measures
• Monitor the progress of work and guarantee compliance with deadlines
• Manage unforeseen events and provide solutions directly on the construction site
• Ensure communication with clients and various stakeholders
• Collaborate with production managers, technicians, and internal teams
• Participate in technical operations when necessary
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards

Profile Sought

• Solid experience in industrial handling, lifting, assembly/dismantling, or industrial transfer
• First successful experience in team supervision
• Good technical knowledge and excellent practical sense
• Ability to organize and coordinate several operations simultaneously
• Good safety culture
• Natural leadership and ability to unite a team
• Autonomous, rigorous, and organized person
• Very good communication skills
• Solution-oriented mindset and ability to manage unforeseen events
• Flexibility and mobility to intervene on different construction sites
