Job Description

As part of this versatile function, you will notably be responsible for:

• Ensuring billing based on intervention reports
• Entering and processing data in the ERP system
• Managing reports and files with insurance companies
• Preparing offers and quotes
• Ensuring telephone reception and email management
• Following up on quotes with clients
• Organizing and coordinating interventions following claims or incidents
• Carrying out various administrative tasks related to the smooth running of files

Profile Sought
-----------------

CFC as a commercial employee

Initial experience in an administrative, technical, or insurance environment is an advantage

Comfortable with IT tools and ERP systems

Sense of organization, rigor, and autonomy

Good telephone contact and ease in exchanges with clients

Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously

Reliable, versatile, and solution-oriented person

Conditions

Activity rate: 50%
Schedule: ideally every morning, to be defined by mutual agreement
Training: support and training planned during the first 4 to 6 months
