Your tasks ## • You are responsible for ZVB's corporate communications and are the contact person for the communication concerns of partner and subsidiary companies and lead a small team (one employee and apprentices in media technology). • As a sparring partner for the management, you advise on all communication issues, support with speeches, and are responsible for creating and implementing the corporate communications concept. • You actively develop our internal and external communication channels - from social media and website to intranet and magazines - with different internal teams. • In this key position, you are involved in a wide range of projects with increased communication requirements or lead them. You set important impulses for the further development of ZVB and shape the perception of our company, which moves thousands of people every day. • Media work, the role as a media spokesperson, and professional event and crisis communication are your responsibility. Your profile ## • You have a completed higher education in the field of communication, PR, or media (FH, university, or equivalent). • Several years of experience in corporate communications, media, or communication tasks and the ability to be effective both strategically and operationally. • High affinity for digital media, modern communication channels, and new technologies. • Excellent written and oral expression skills in German and a secure sense of target group-oriented communication. • You are a doer with leadership experience and project experience in the field of communication. Entrepreneurial and service-oriented thinking, organizational skills, and the ability to win people over for common goals are your strengths.
