For the operational management, strategic and economic management and further development of our location, we are looking for an experienced operational manager with in-depth market knowledge in the Swiss healthcare system, especially in outpatient facilities. You will take over the commercial overall responsibility for the Dermatologikum Zürich in close partnership with the medical management. You will ensure the operational management and sustainable economic development in line with the standards of Bergman Clinics. Overall responsibility for the operational management of the location Budget, forecast and results responsibility  Analysis and control of relevant KPIs  Optimization of processes, structures and resource utilization Ensuring and implementing all HR-relevant topics for the clinic Leadership, development and management of non-medical teams Close cooperation with the medical management as well as the central specialist departments of the Bergman Clinics Group Ensuring compliance with regulatory and economic framework conditions in the Swiss healthcare market Cooperation with external service providers, partners, health insurances and authorities Experience in the billing of medical, ideally dermatological services in outpatient facilities. Initiating and accompanying growth, change and professionalization projects Completed degree in business administration or equivalent Several years of management experience in the Swiss healthcare system (e.g. practice, practice group or outpatient facilities) - mandatory Very good understanding of the structures, financing, billing and framework conditions of the Swiss healthcare market Proven experience in budget management, process optimization and organizational development Distinct entrepreneurial thinking, leadership competence and communication strength  Structured, independent and solution-oriented work Very good German language skills, English language skills an advantage A strategic key position with entrepreneurial design scope Cooperation on an equal footing with the medical management A professional, international environment with clear quality and management standards The security and development opportunities of a strong, growing group Attractive compensation and long-term perspective Modern workplace in Zürich
