Work location Reinach BL / Kirchberg BE Start of work immediately or by arrangement Main tasks * You carry out periodic field accompaniments of employees to monitor working methods (audit controls), provide supporter functions ("Mobile Bridge" handling/electronic data collection), as well as carry out warehouse and vehicle controls and monitor compliance with hygiene regulations. * You adjust and optimize the strategic route planning in cooperation with the Operation Center. * You analyze statistics and reporting and initiate measures if necessary (quality audit and development of team-specific KPIs). * You lead projects and participate in projects (process introductions, process optimizations, introduction of new machines, etc.). * You assume an interface function to other departments such as Procurement, Client Solution, Operation Center, etc. * You look after customers, are the contact person in the service area, carry out on-site visits, and work out customer-specific solutions. * You perform various general administrative tasks. Education * You have completed vocational training in retail or the hospitality industry or a comparable qualification Profile * You have sound professional experience in the service sector, particularly in the food industry, and have several years of leadership experience. * You possess a driving license Cat. B (manual transmission). * You speak fluent German and French; English is an advantage. * You have very good PC user skills. * You are communicative, confident in negotiations, and have project experience. * You are resilient as well as capable of handling conflict and criticism, possess empathy and assertiveness, and are organizationally and planning-oriented. * You think in networks and enjoy and have a flair for dealing with people. * You have a business understanding in the areas of Retail, Vending, and Gastronomy.
