To be successful in digitalization, we must understand the business of our offices. ICT project management with the associated business analysis are therefore our core tasks. With your commitment as a business partner, you will make a valuable contribution to the digitalization of our processes and shape a modern digital working environment for around 900 employees of the Bau- und Verkehrsdirektion (BVD).

Your tasks

• Plan, lead and coordinate projects (Hermes)
• Collect functional needs and translate business requirements into ICT requirements with the specialist offices on site
• Analyze the overall connections of business processes in the area of the specialist offices
• Identify weaknesses and potential for improvement and develop solution proposals and decision-making bases
• Lead and moderate workshops
• Create, update and maintain the documentation required for operation
• Close cooperation with Architecture and Service Management

Your profile

• Bachelor in Computer Science, Business Informatics or comparable training (FH or UNI)
• Further education/experience in the areas of Project Management (Hermes), Requirements Engineering, Business Analysis
• Solution-, implementation- and service-oriented working style
• Agile methods, Digital Transformation and Continuous Improvement Process are not foreign terms to you
• Enjoy working with people and communicate clearly, skillfully and convincingly
• Strong communication skills in German (oral/written)

Generalsekretariat (GS)

The GS coordinates political matters, manages overarching projects and supports the offices of the BVD with the central resource departments in the fulfillment of their tasks. The Digital Management department plans, shapes, supervises and develops the directorate-specific ICT solutions with its around 250 specialist applications and supports the specialist offices in the digitalization of their business processes.
