Here is your training with us Retail commerce specialists CFC advise, support and serve customers via different communication channels. They conduct demanding advisory and sales interviews in the local language and in a foreign language. At Walder, they create product and service-oriented shopping experiences and also participate in operational and merchandise management processes. In case of corresponding aptitude, you can then extend by two years and thus also obtain the training as a retail commerce specialist with a federal certificate of competency (CFC).
