Rivera | 80-100% What you can contribute <br /> • Plan, coordinate and direct logistical activities related to the handover, takeover and transfer of systems, army material, ammunition, provisions and fuels • Receive and manage goods (reception, identification, control, registration) as well as their shipment (order processing, order preparation, planning and organization of distribution, delivery) to the competent specialized services • Guarantee storage (optimization of storage areas, evaluation of the quantity and quality of stocks, operational availability, stock rotation, disposal) as well as inventory management of systems, army material and ammunition, in compliance with current regulations • Supervise work groups composed of assigned military personnel and/or civilian staff during handover, takeover and transfer operations of systems and material • Serve as the interlocutor for service beneficiaries (troops, troop artisans, military and civilian clientele) and instruct the troops on the correct use, care and maintenance of the material in Italian and German <br /> What makes you unique <br /> • Federal Certificate of Capacity (CFC) as a logistician, supplemented by training as a logistics specialist with a federal diploma • Commercial training as well as driving licenses for categories B, C, CE and F constitute an asset • Ability to work independently and responsibly, sense of objectives and results, organizational spirit and an efficient and conscientious working method • Strong sense of service and advice towards customers; knowledge of army material and basic military notions constitutes an advantage • Good IT skills, in particular MS Office suite and the SAP system • Good communication skills; good active knowledge of a second official language <br /> In a few words What we offer <br /> • Working for Switzerland We are committed to the success of the Swiss model and to the well-being of the population. • Diversity every day We ensure equal opportunities, which allows us to deploy our skills and express different points of view. • Health at work We assist and advise our employees on all matters related to physical or mental health.
