Your tasks • Deployment planning: Structured scheduling and appointment setting for daily service and repair deployments for our service technicians. • Customer service: First-class telephone and written consulting for fault reports and technical inquiries. • Order processing: Recording, management / seamless documentation of all service orders, master data maintenance directly in the ERP system. • Quotations & invoicing: Creating, following up on small quotations for repairs as well as subsequent invoicing. • Spare parts management: Coordination, ordering, and logistical provision of required materials for upcoming service deployments.
