We are looking for a

Head of Quality Assurance (m/f/d)

Main tasks:

You lead, motivate and develop the QA team as well as the metrology department on site (calibration, approvals etc.).

You bear the overall responsibility for development, project, production and customer quality.

You define, implement and monitor testing and release processes, manage non-conformity management and conduct internal audits.

You analyze quality indicators, derive measures and work closely with production, development and project management.

You train employees in quality-relevant topics and contribute the quality perspective in supplier evaluations.

You model the occupational safety regulations, treat all company data confidentially and promote an active feedback culture.

Qualifications

Profile:

• Technical basic training with further training as a Techniker HF
• Good professional experience in the quality area and leadership experience. Experience in plastics technology (injection molding) is a great advantage.
• Confident application of modern quality methods and analyses in practice.
• Very good German and/or French skills (with good knowledge of the respective other language); English skills are an advantage.
• You are committed, resilient, reliable and independent. In addition to high teamwork skills, you also bring good assertiveness.
