This is what you can achieve. * You lead and shape the Building Services | Energy program and develop a vision for its future together with the team. * You further develop the curriculum and combine proven methods with new topics, learning forms, and ideas. You use the dialogue with students as an important impulse for quality and further development. * You promote open, interdisciplinary cooperation with lecturers and other programs -- especially in the Bau department. * You maintain and expand the networking with companies, associations, and specialists and bring impulses from the industry into the program. * You make the program visible, appeal to future students, and further develop student acquisition together with internal and external partners. * You combine teaching, research, and practice, initiate cooperations, and participate in research and service projects. * You also get involved in continuing education and help develop new offerings. This is what you bring. What is decisive for us is not primarily that you have already done everything. We are looking for a personality who combines professional competence with enthusiasm, a desire to shape, and joy in cooperation. * You have a university degree (FH/TU/ETH) in building services or a related technical field. * You know building services from practice and bring several years of professional experience in the engineering of buildings, plants, or energy systems. * You approach complex issues creatively and solution-oriented and enjoy developing new ideas and solutions together with others. * You enjoy working with young people and like to pass on your knowledge, experience, and enthusiasm. * You bring different people and interests together, communicate appropriately to the target group, and actively seek dialogue. * You have teaching experience in education or continuing education at the tertiary level. * You are well networked in the building services or energy industry or wish to expand your network specifically. Experience in teaching or continuing education as well as in leadership, project management, acquisition, or research is an advantage.
