Landscape Gardener EFZ as Customer Gardener ##

starting November 1, 2026 or by arrangement.

Our Bioterra-certified Naturgarten- und Landschaftsbau department consists of the team leadership, four specialist employees, as well as several employees in a professional measure (apprentices and clients). We realize customer orders in the areas of garden maintenance, redesigning, and new installations and work consistently according to ecological principles with a focus on sustainability and biodiversity. As a customer gardener, you take responsibility for diverse projects and carry them out together with employees in a professional measure.

Your tasks ###

• Responsibility for the implementation of internal and external customer orders
• Ensuring a labor-market-oriented working environment, coordinated with the individual possibilities of the employees in a professional measure
• Training of apprentices within the framework of customer orders at the levels PrA INSOS, EBA and EFZ, guidance of further employees in a professional measure
• Interdisciplinary cooperation with internal and external bodies with the aim of integrating the apprentices and clients into the primary labor market

Your profile ###

• You have completed basic training as a Landscape Gardener EFZ, as well as a driving license category BE and several years of professional experience in the industry.
• You have experience in order processing and customer care.
• You have good administrative skills and PC user knowledge (Office).
• You enjoy taking responsibility and are looking for employment in which you can combine your practical skills with your instructor and role model qualities. Working with young people gives you great joy. You possess strong social skills and are a friendly and humorous personality.
