Driven by a strong project culture, it is now looking to strengthen its IT hub by recruiting an IT Solutions Specialist to support the development of its business tools. Job Description Reporting to the IT team and in close contact with the various business departments, you will play a key role in the design and implementation of internal digital solutions. You will intervene at the crossroads of the Product Owner, Business Analyst, and Project Manager functions, with a real dimension of coordination and product vision. Responsibilities Product vision & business expertise Collect and challenge the needs expressed by business users Translate needs into clear and value-oriented user stories Map and structure business processes and become their functional reference Participate in functional and technical design choices Maintain a backlog aligned with the strategic roadmap Project management & coordination Develop and steer the project roadmap: definition of objectives, milestones, resources Coordinate internal actors and external partners throughout the entire project life cycle Supervise the development, testing, and deployment phases Guarantee compliance with deadlines, budget, and the quality of deliverables Communicate regularly on progress status and the need for arbitration Quality, testing & change management Write and execute functional test scenarios (UAT) Validate deliverables according to business requirements Prepare user documentation, organize training, and support change Collect field feedback to improve existing solutions Profile sought Confirmed experience (5 years minimum) in a hybrid PO / BA / PM role Excellent understanding of information systems, APIs, integrations, and technical environments Experience in the construction sector is essential Ability to act as a functional reference to business teams Comfortable in interactions with developers, users, and technical partners Mastery of project management tools and associated methodologies Recognized qualities of listening, communication, analysis, and synthesis Autonomy, rigor, proactivity, and strong results orientation jpid97b4778jm jit0833jm jiy26jm
