Caregiver 50 - 60%

-Wydenhof- offers adolescents and young adults ten residential places with either partial care or accompaniment in two houses in the center of Erlenbach ZH. The target group is persons from 16 to 25 years of age who require support due to crises etc. in the transition to adult life. The institution is supported by a non-profit association (politically/confessionally neutral).

Starting from January 2027 or by arrangement, we are looking for a committed person 50 - 60% with training in social pedagogy or social work (HF/FH) for our experienced team.

Your tasks:

• Reference person work with 2-3 adolescents/young adults
• Cooperation with offices/authorities, training companies, therapy centers etc.
• File management including sporadic writing of reports e.g. to cost bearers
• Evening presence twice weekly until 21.00 (Mon-Fri), otherwise high temporal flexibility
• Telephone on-call readiness one weekend per month (paid)

Your profile:

• Diploma in social pedagogy or social work (HF/FH)
• Experience in working with adolescents/young adults is an advantage
• You are resource-oriented, empathetic, assertive and humorous
