Specialist Sales Inside Sales & Export 100%

In the Plasma Control Technologies (PCT) division, we manufacture specialized components required for the precise control of plasma processes, which are used in the production of memory chips or touchscreens for sensors, smartphones, or tablets.

What you will do:

• Responsibility for smooth order processing from the customer inquiry to timely delivery
• Coordination between customers, Supply Chain, and internal specialist departments to ensure delivery readiness
• Handling of international transports including shipping, customs, and export processes (SAP SD/AEB)
• Processing of customer orders, complaints, and returns (RMA) as well as maintenance and optimization of sales master data and data in customer portals
• Ensuring compliance with export regulations and the guidelines of the -known shipper-
• Operational and specialist deputy for the supervisor position in daily business

What you bring:

• Commercial training with several years of professional experience in sales inside sales
• Sound experience in export business in an international environment
• Very good specialist knowledge in the SD module of SAP and AEB
• Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form
• Confident handling of MS Office and a pronounced understanding of operational sales processes
