Your Task ##

• Analysis and resolution of complex 2nd and 3rd level disturbances
• Independent optimization of existing customer systems based on current requirements
• Conception and realization of individual ICT infrastructure solutions for corporate customers
• Professional support of the presales team during offer creation and consulting
• Management of internal development projects for the further development of technical standards

• Sound knowledge in the management and operation of modern ICT infrastructures
• Ability for independent implementation of customer-specific system solutions

• Confident handling of 2nd and 3rd level support topics
