Wanted: Foreman Road and Civil Engineering (m/f/d) – Region Graubünden

For our customers in the region Graubünden, we are looking for an experienced foreman for road and civil engineering for a long-term employment with the possibility of a permanent position.

Your tasks:

Independent management and organization of construction sites in road and civil engineering
Work preparation as well as deployment planning of personnel and machines
Leadership and motivation of the construction site team
Monitoring of quality, deadlines and occupational safety
Reporting, measurement and material disposition
Coordination with construction management, site management and suppliers
Ensuring smooth construction site processes

Your profile:

Completed training as a foreman or supervisor with corresponding further training
Several years of professional experience in road and civil engineering
Leadership experience as well as an independent and structured way of working
Good German skills in speaking and writing
Driver's license Cat. B
Responsible, resilient and team-oriented
