Paralegal

This is the contribution you can make

• Support specialist departments of the office with procurement law questions
• Support specialist departments of the office with the planning and management of legislative projects
• Support lawyers in the elaboration of appeal proceedings and manage appeal proceedings
• Process requests according to the Public Information, Archives and Data Protection Act
• Support the Legal Department in the processing of legal matters
• Conduct legal research (including preparation of legal literature, court decisions etc.) as well as draft and design legal documents

This makes you unique

• Commercial training with additional training or a university of applied sciences degree in the legal field (eidg. dipl. Wirtschaftsjurist/in FH, CAS Paralegal, DAS Paralegalism) or with additional training and specific knowledge in the legal field (Wirtschaftsmatur)
• Further training as a specialist in public procurement (eidg. Abschluss öffentliche Beschaffung IAöB) is an advantage
• Professional experience in the function as a Paralegal or at a law firm, public prosecutor's office or at a court
• Open, communicative and committed personality with initiative and assertiveness
• Good knowledge of administrative and parliamentary processes
• Active knowledge of a second official language
